Shipping

All orders will be processed within 7 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.

All domestic orders are shipped via choice of USPS or UPS.

International orders are shipped with USPS (customs and import duties and tax will be levied by the customer’s local government and are responsibility of the customer).

All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY, USA. Please ensure a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.


Returns

We accept returns on undamaged, unused items within 10 days of delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise during return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. Thank you for your understanding.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@conmateria.com with proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem.
